You do not realize, but I pay a great price for your sloppiness and your lack of understanding. But you force me to live in your requirements, code, network and so many unimaginable places because of your misunderstandings, lack of knowledge or plain sloppiness some time. You call me so many names (And all of them are bad BTW), but do you know anything at all about me? Do you know where I lived before you forced me to live in your code – to be found, discussed, killed, ignored and humiliated? People tell me so many things, but do you realize reasons for my existent? I know I am not desired, I know I am not welcomed and to be honest, I do not want to come anywhere near your (sometime dirty) code, requirements etc. TestingGeek has allowed me to tell my story to the world, to tell you truth about me and my feelings. Till now, I kept my silence but now I had it enough. For many years, people like you have treated me as a hunting target and treated me as a non-living entity – without any emotion, say or dreams.

Create an eDrive startup disk with Tech Tool.

Clone your hard disk using Carbon Copy Cloner, OR.

Go to Preferences > Startup Disk and select the volume that contains your old operating system.

If you haven’t done it yet, install Disk Warrior.

Restart your mac and after the chime press and hold the Shift key until you see a progress bar.

Recovering your previous Mac OS installation. You will need Disk Warrior and an external hard disk. That’s what I did to both up again my Lion installation, fix the problems in the hard disk and install Mountain Lion. After trying to repair the volume with Disk Utility I saw the problem was an Invalid volume file count error. I spent few nights trying hundred of workarounds and when I was about to erase the disk the light came. After that my Macbook would only boot up the Mountain Lion installer continuously and wouldn’t let me access again my Lion disk.

Select Recovery HD from the Startup Manager.Last week I tried to update my system from Lion to Mountain Lion but the installation failed and claimed the hard disk was damaged and couldn’t be repaired. To access OS X Recovery, reboot the computer while holding the Option key. When the OS X Recovery Disk Assistant completes, the new partition will not be visible in the Finder or Disk Utility. Insert an external drive, launch the OS X Recovery Disk Assistant, select the drive where you would like to install, and follow the on-screen instructions. To create an external OS X Recovery, download the OS X Recovery Disk Assistant application. Note: In order to create an external OS X Recovery using the OS X Recovery Assistant, the Mac must have an existing Recovery HD.

The OS X Recovery Disk Assistant lets you create OS X Recovery on an external drive that has all of the same capabilities as the built-in OS X Recovery: reinstall Lion or Mountain Lion, repair the disk using Disk Utility, restore from a Time Machine backup, or browse the web with Safari. Built right into OS X, OS X Recovery lets you repair disks or reinstall OS X without the need for a physical disc.
